One Response

  1. Plenary Discussion Says:

Everything we have used today has been inexpensive. Most of these things can be done using a phone.

    Some key messages are:

    - Dont’ be worried about taking risks.
    - Don’t be afraid to let the learners having a go at things.

Our favourite tools included Audacity, DSpeech and the tagging of photos on flickr.

    Other plenary comments:

    - Audacity does not handle WMA files, so you need to either use a device which records mp3
    - Videotag: Have to sign up in order to use.
    - Think about security issues.
    - Choose your friends carefully, choose your enemies even more carefully.
